What to check in Brazil

🚩 Read this before you compare anything. In Brazil an “MBA” is normally a lato sensu specialisation course, not a stricto sensu master’s degree. The stricto sensu awards are the mestrado and mestrado profissional, and only those are evaluated by CAPES. A foreign qualification is revalidated by a Brazilian public university through the Carolina Bori platform, not by a ministry.

If you take a qualification abroad and bring it back here, it is assessed by a Brazilian public university offering a comparable programme, through the Carolina Bori platform. The process there: Revalidação. All 104 countries are mapped here.

A listing is not a recommendation. These institutions award management qualifications in this country. We do not claim any of them currently runs an online or distance MBA, what it costs, or that it is good — we have no verified data on any of that and neither does anyone else publishing a ranking.
