What to check in Portugal

Programmes are accredited by A3ES and recognition of foreign awards runs through the Directorate-General for Higher Education. Portugal also has a long-standing public distance university.

If you take a qualification abroad and bring it back here, it is assessed by the Directorate-General for Higher Education (DGES). The process there: Reconhecimento. All 104 countries are mapped here.

A listing is not a recommendation. These institutions award management qualifications in this country. We do not claim any of them currently runs an online or distance MBA, what it costs, or that it is good — we have no verified data on any of that and neither does anyone else publishing a ranking. Ask the institution directly, and ask for the total fee in writing. The five questions to put to them are here.
